This article is about a volunteer organization similar to the Adopt A Child foundation except for the US troops. Anyone in the organation sends care packages and letters to the troops in Iraq, as well as running errands for family members. Volunteers who take part in caring for the troops develop a lifelong connection with them and once they come home, a part of their family comes home too.

I think this is a great way to help out the US troops. They need alot of support when they are over in Iraq and the volunteers help them out.
